What is the deadline for paying the enrolment fee?
- on the day of enrolment: a lump sum of €50 must be paid*.
- February 1 at the latest: balance of the registration fee
*In the exceptional event that the €50 fee is not paid at the time of enrolment or by 31 October at the latest, the school will inform you that your enrolment cannot be taken into account.
- The school will withdraw your access to learning activities.
- You will no longer be able to take part in deliberations or benefit from any carry-over or credit enhancement.
- You will still be considered to be registered as a student for the academic year, and this year will therefore be taken into account in your academic career.
You can appeal against the decision of the higher education establishment to the Government Commissioner or Delegate.
Students who have not paid off all their debts to a higher education institution and who subsequently apply to enrol again may be refused enrolment by any institution.
You may cancel your enrolment before 1 December of the academic year. In this case, only the €50 fee will be payable.
This cancellation request must be made in accordance with the procedures set out in the study regulations of the higher education establishment. In this case, the year in question will not count towards your higher education course. After this date, your withdrawal will be taken into account in your academic career.
