Advanced master’s degree
This academic degree is awarded after successful completion of an initial master's course. It consists of a minimum of 60 credits.
Advanced master's degrees are open to holders of :
- an academic master's degree ;
- an academic master's degree awarded in the Flemish or German-speaking Community or by the Royal Military Academy similar to an academic Master's degree awarded in the French Community. It is up to the institution to decide whether it considers a degree to be similar and may, where appropriate, set additional conditions for access;
- a foreign academic degree recognised as equivalent to those mentioned in the previous points.
Other possibilities
You hold a title, diploma, degree or certificate awarded outside the French Community which, in this system of origin, gives direct access to the studies corresponding to our third cycle: contact the establishment of your choice.
If you do not hold one of these diplomas, you can ask the jury to recognise the knowledge and skills acquired through your professional experience. The jury will then have to award at least 240 credits.
