Work-integrated higher education
Discover a unique way to continue your studies while gaining experience in the professional world. Work-integrated higher education is a mix of courses and work.
So why is it right for you? For a start, you can explore the world of work and learn skills that will be useful in your future career. What's more, you'll earn a higher education qualification by learning in a practical way, while receiving remuneration.
The practical details are defined in an agreement between the school, the company and you. This includes your status as a student, your timetable, holidays and safety rules... Everything is clearly explained in a vade mecum, created by people who are experts in work-linked training in higher education. Whether you're a student, teacher or business owner, this guide will answer all your questions about work and study higher education in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation!
For more information, consult the decree of 30 June 2016 organising work-integrated higher education.
